Must Know
- Restrictions and rules may apply to each package. Packages subject to change. Please visit our website for full details.
- Individual items may not be removed from packages.
- Children 3 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. We encourage you to open gifts at home. We also recommend keeping food to a minimum.
- Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event.
- $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve your special party date! Remaining balance is due on the day of the party!
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation request received less than 3-weeks before the date of the party requires FULL payment.
- Reschedule Requests must be received 3 weeks in advance or more. Reschedule fee $30 non-refundable.
- Party packages can not be downgraded within 2 weeks of party date.
- Theme upgrade must be requested 1 week in advance.
- Additional 30 minutes can only be offered for the last time slot of the day.
