Inclement Weather Policy

• We do not follow Harford County Public Schools for weather related closings. 
• When inclement weather occurs, Mrs. Pamela will email and text everyone about class cancellations, only if the decision is made to close. We will also post on Facebook and Instagram. Please check all 3 (your text messages, email and our social media pages to make sure you haven't missed the announcement.
• If you have any questions about whether class is running, please feel free to call or text. 
• If someone other than you, such as a grandparent or nanny, brings your child to class, please remember to communicate information about a weather related closure to that person.  
• Please keep in mind that siblings are not permitted to participate in classes that are not age appropriate.  
• You have 1 year to reschedule a missed class due to weather related delays and closings. Feel free to reschedule right away or wait a bit.

To reach us during a closure, please feel free to email belair@mygym.com or call/text the gym at (410) 838-3042.  You can also you the chatbox on our website.  Mrs. Pamela will do her best to get back to you ASAP.

Birthday parties will run as scheduled in most cases.  If you have a party scheduled and you are not comfortable with traveling, or having guests travel, please do not hesitate to reach out.  We are very flexible with rescheduling and do not charge a reschedule fee.

While we do our best to remain open during inclement weather, your safety and the safety of our staff is most important to us. Thank you!
