Skill Requirement

• Comfortable with public speaking
• Gymnastics or dance experience preferred
• Background in physical activity (i.e. gymnastics, dance, martial arts, or other sports/physical activity)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with children. Experience in early childhood education, or commensurate experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic office & administrative duties

Duties

• Teach and assist amazing programs, including weekly classes, birthday parties, camp, parents night out and other programs/events
• Perform daily administrative duties
• Assist with and organize camps, parents' night outs, holiday parties and other special events.
• Perform daily cleaning duties
• Lead and Assist quality classes for all age groups

Basic Requirements

• Availability to work 25+ hours/week. Rotating schedule that includes evening, weekend and daytime shifts.
• Clean background check
• Reliable transportation
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Positive, outgoing, coachable personality. There are no egos at My Gym.
• Genuine love of children.
