Experience the My Gym fun at St. Paul! My Gym's after-school program is designed to promote health and fitness as a lifelong habit in a positive and nurturing environment. Our highly trained teachers are bringing an award-winning program to your school CHEERNASTICS! 

Cheernastics is a great introduction to cheerleading, dance, tumbling, and teamwork FUN! Each week, we will work on motions, jumps, dance sequencing and basic tumbling skills: cartwheels, round-offs, kick-overs.

The most important benefit we offer, however, is the building of confidence and self-esteem.
