Summer Fun! Indoor, outdoor and online!

In addition to our popular LIVE Zoom classes, we've now added outdoor classes and in-gym playdates to our schedule! Whether you're looking for parent-and-me classes, preschool prep, gymnastics, Zumba, soccer, or art, we've got it all!

Outdoor Classes

We are holding fun-filled weekly classes for ages 6 months to 10 years at Colonel Silas Burke Park (5815 Parakeet Drive, Burke, VA 22015)! This outdoor setting enables us to provide a great program while keeping distancing requirements in place. It’s the same My Gym fun but in a great outdoor setting!

• Outdoor classes are 30 minutes (ages 6 months to 3.25 years) and 45 minutes (ages 3.25 years to 10 years)
• Class size is limited to 8 children for younger classes and 10 children for older classes
• Only one parent is allowed per child for parent participation classes. Parents of children in independent classes must remain within view.
• Please bring your own yoga mat/blanket and a filled water bottle.
• Teachers will not be directly spotting children during class.
• Parents are asked to wear masks; masks are not required for children.
• Children will be spaced using markers and hula hoops where possible.
• There will be no cross-share of items, and equipment will be disinfected between all programs using Oxivir Tb, which is a hospital-grade cleaner which kills SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus) in 1 minute (we've been using this cleaner for years!).

In-Gym Playdates

Playdates are semi-structured, 30-minute, in-gym programs and will include activities such as circle time, games, relays, and puppet shows!

• Playdates will be limited to four children and one adult per child.
• An adult is required to be on the floor with their child and to help maintain 10 feet of space 
• Children 5 years and older are required to wear masks (we will grant waivers for children who are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons). For children under 5 years, masks are recommended but not required.
• The ballpit and water fountain are closed and inaccessible, so please bring your own labeled water bottle.
• All members must wash their hands upon entering and leaving the gym; we've added a touchless handwashing station in the hallway.
• The gym will be fully disinfected between each playdate program using ProKure™ V Liquid Disinfectant / Virucide, which is EPA-registered for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19. The gym will be also be scrubbed and wiped every morning using Oxivir Tb, which kills SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus) in 1 minute.
• Every person entering the gym, including staff, will be checked with a touchless thermometer (anyone with a temp reading of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed in the gym)

Fees and Tuition

• With your monthly tuition of $89, you get unlimited LIVE Zoom classes and two drop-in classes a week (either outdoor classes or in-gym playdates).
