Q: What is this Guest Experience?

A: My Gym has a super awesome guest experience which is 1 week of unlimited classes for only $29! You will be able to schedule as many age-appropriate classes as you like (1 class per day) via your online account. This way you can meet the different teachers, other grownups and kiddos of each class and really see the benefits of My Gym. When your 1 week trial is over, you will automatically be enrolled into classes so you can continue the fun thereafter. There's no contract so you can cancel at any time.

Q: What is my Homeroom Class?

A: Every child has a Homeroom Class! This is the class that works BEST for your schedule and where we can expect to see you week after week! During your Guest Experience Unlimited Trial (and if you are enrolled as an Unlimited Member) you still have a Homeroom Class.

Q: What if you want to switch your Homeroom Class?

A: No problem- just text us (803-881-2700). It's a click of the button for us.

Q: How do I sign up for other Unlimited Classes then?

A: My Gym has made it super easy to register for all your classes and Play Sessions via your online My Gym account. Just visit MyGym.com/Fortmill and log into your account. Once there, just select SCHEDULE CLASSES and then your child's name. Remember you DON'T need to sign up for your Homeroom Class. We are already expecting you there.

Q: What is Open Gym?

A: Unstructured gym time! Check out our schedule and register in advance to bring your kiddos out of the weather and into My Gym. It's always sunny and 72. Siblings of enrolled members are included for no extra cost.

Q: Do I have to register in advance for other classes?

A: Yes, please! In order to ensure class integrity, we always need to know who is coming.

Q: After the trial, what happens?

A: After the trial you are automatically enrolled into your Homeroom Class. Your enrollment includes 1 class a week PLUS Unlimited Practice and Play times.

Q: What does basic enrollment include?

A: It includes your weekly Homeroom Class AND Unlimited Practice and Play times! By the way, siblings are welcome during practice and play too!

Q; What does Unlimited Enrollment include?

A: Unlimited Classes AND Unlimited Practice and Play times! If you want to continue with Unlimited Classes after your trial ends because your kids love My Gym so much, then just text us and let us know! You'll still have your Homeroom Class, but will be able to register online for other age-appropriate classes just like during your trial.

Q: What do I do if I miss a class?

A: No worries, we know family life is a moving target. When you are going to miss a class, if you think to do it, then text us. Either way, a make-up will be added to your online account and you can use it anytime within 6 weeks.

Q: What is Noah's Art (two doors down) that you keep announcing?

A: Our My Gym family also owns Noah's Art! It's a creative place for kiddos to adventure in art- at all ages! They have a similar Guest Experience and even a reallllly cute drop in (Tuesday and Wed $13) for Toddlers ages 14-22 months!

Q: Is there at discount if we enroll in both My Gym AND Noah's Art?

A: Absolutely! You get 10% off when enrolled at both places!

Q: What if I have a younger child during a parent participation class?

A: You're a rockstar! No stress, parents are welcome to wear their babies or put them in their carrier up on the counter or even on the floor in their carrier. Little ones learn so much from the sensory stimulation!

Q: What's the Parent/Teacher ratio?

A: Always 10:1, but usually as many of you have already seen, much lower.

Q: Do both children need to be enrolled to attend Sibs & Friends?

A: The easy answer is yes! This is a class for enrolled students. Remember siblings are 20% tuition at My Gym (50% off for twins!). The other answer is that you can purchase a Class Pass for your second child and use it for them to come into classes. This is a way kids can drop-in to My Gym. It stays on your account and never expires- it's $300 for 10 classes and $175 for 5 classes. This allows kids to sometimes come to class, but not be enrolled.

Q: Can I freeze my account?

A: Of course! You can freeze your account for up to 3 months. It is $5/week to keep that spot. Don't worry, when you come back that $5 is put back on your account to go toward your next months tuition. If you choose not to come back though- that $ is forfeited.

Q: What do I do if I just love My Gym so much?

A: Know that we love you too! Leave us a review and tell your friends- we can't wait to grow with our Fort Mill community. You guys are awesome.
