Membership Policies

Membership:

There is NO membership or annual membership fee. You can re-enroll at any time!
All camps and drop-off events are open to new, current or previously enrolled members and for kids 2.5-10 years old & potty-trained. Click here for Camps!

Billing:

My Gym Enrollment is an auto-enrollment system. After your trial, you'll be auto-enrolled continuously every 4-weeks at our tuition rate of $129/4 weeks ($179/4 wks preschool.)
Want to add Unlimited Classes to your account? For an additional $30 per month, upgrade your online account to Unlimited Membership by logging into your online account, schedule classes, child's name, and add Unlimited Membership.

Make-ups/Unlimited Classes:

All Classes and Practice & plays must be scheduled in advance, space permitting. Only classes that have space available will appear.
Unlimited Membership: you can have 4 Unlimited classes scheduled at a time in addition to your weekly class. Once you attend a class, the system resets and you can schedule more Unlimited classes.
Going to be absent? Please mark yourself absent thru your online account. *Please note advanced notice is required to receive a make-up credit.*

Cancellation/Freezes:

All currently enrolled members can do a one-time freeze per 12 month period, for a minimum of 3 weeks and maximum of 6 weeks. During this time, your tuition payment will be suspended and any make-ups will be available upon your return. We do not allow scheduled classes or practice & plays during a freeze period.
We hope you LOVE your classes! But if life happens and you need to cancel your membership, log-in to your online account. Click schedule classes, child's name, and cancel/freeze. Be sure to sign the agreement and click submit. You'll receive an automatic email confirming your child's freeze or cancellation.
Please note we do not take cancellations or freezes in person, by text or email. Any changes to an account require an online signature.

Non-enrolled Siblings:

Other than infants, siblings are not allowed on the gym floor unless they're enrolled in the proper age-appropriate class.
For older kids who are out of school, please bring an activity and/or small snack for your child. We have children's books in the lobby or you can ask a teacher for a coloring page. For safety, they cannot participate in class or play in the gym area.
You're welcome to wear, sling or wrap an infant while your enrolled child participates.
If you would like to enroll 2 or more children in the same class, try a Sibling class!
Looking to add a sibling to your account? Enroll a 2nd sibling for 20% off. Or buy a class card and schedule classes at your convenience!

Safety & Illness Policy:

We follow a 'Take No Chances' policy when it comes to preventing the spread of illness in the gym. If your child or anyone in your household is displaying any signs of illness (cough, runny nose, sneezing, fever, etc.) please do not bring them to the gym.
Please log-in to your online account and mark yourself absent for class. You can schedule a make-up or unlimited class thru your online account.
