We're so happy for your interest in our wonderful program at My Gym La Jolla! Here are the details:
We use a convenient auto-enroll feature. You get 2 weeks of unlimited classes during your trial experience, and you'll become auto-enrolled the day after your trial experience ends at our enrollment rate of $139. During your 2-week trial experience, if you feel we're not a perfect fit, opting out through the website is super easy. Our goal, however, is that you'll love your classes with us and auto-enroll into our program. We auto-bill every 4 weeks - no strings attached.
What should you do?
- First, just make sure to reserve a day and time. Classes are unlimited but subject to availability. While we want everyone to have tons of fun and come to play as often as possible, the children's safety always comes first. You'll ALWAYS have a space reserved in your "Home Class" which is the initial day and time you choose to start the trial experience.
- Before you come to the gym, please make sure you have claimed you account and know your login information. Everything for your trial experience and enrollment can be handled online through your account.
When coming to the gym:
- Adults wear socks on the gym floor, while children go barefoot for safety
- Please make sure no one in your family is showing signs of illness (including but not limited to fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, GI illness, etc.). If we see any of the symptoms (it's not personal) but the staff will ask you to return on another day. Scheduling for a different day is so easy! Our policy is "Take No Chances" when it comes to the health of our children, parents, and the My Gym Staff.
- A water bottle is great to bring along. You're welcome to keep your water bottle on the front counter during class. No food or drinks are allowed on the gym floor, snacks must be kept in the lobby. We have some students with allergies, so while pouches and dry snacks are fine, please keep in mind those around you. No nut products, please.
- Let is know if you'll miss your "home class". Opening up a space for a friend is so kind, and you'll appreciate it when scheduling in other classes too.
