Practice and Plays are BACK!

We have some very exciting news... for the first time since 2020..

We're re-introducing the popular PRACTICE AND PLAYS!

What is "Practice and Play?"

These are 50 minute parent participation classes where you and your child will have free roam of the gym! Of course, with a few amazing My Gym class elements as well, but this is a

great time to come into the gym to play around and overall get all that extra energy out!

How do I know if I'm eligible for the times?

Easy! If you're enrolled for monthly classes with us, you ARE eligible! These are included as a part of your monthly enrollment to add even more My Gym fun into your week!

How can I register?

You can book in for two practice and play sessions at a time, this can only be done through your online account under "Schedule classes".

Can I walk in if I'm in the area?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. All sessions must be pre-booked.
