How Your Membership Works at My Gym

Welcome to My Gym! We’re over the moon to have you join our community, where fun, fitness, and learning come together in an exciting environment crafted just for your little ones. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your membership and ensure your child has an amazing experience with us!

What’s Included in Your Membership?

Basic Membership ($119 every 4 weeks or 28 days)

  • Home Class (One Structured Class Per Week): Your child’s Home class is the first class they attended and fell in love with. For example, if your first class was on a Tuesday at 9:30 am, your Home class will always be on Tuesday at 9:30 am. Changing your Home class is easy—you can do it through the My Gym app (iOS only), by visiting us in person, or by calling or texting us.
  • Unlimited Practice & Plays: Alongside the Home class, Basic members can enjoy up to 4 Practice & Play sessions each week. These are fantastic opportunities for your child to explore, make new friends, and show off their new moves in a fun, safe environment. Don’t forget to reserve these sessions in advance!

Unlimited Membership ($149 every 4 weeks or 28 days)

  • Unlimited Structured Classes: Enjoy as many classes as you want within your child’s age range! You can schedule up to 3 additional classes (including Practice & Plays) at any time, in addition to your Home class.
  • Unlimited Practice & Plays: Make the most of every moment with unlimited access to Practice & Plays, which are included in the three classes you can reserve at any given time.

Maximizing Your My Gym Experience

Effortless Scheduling: Managing your child’s schedule is easy! You can reserve classes, switch up your Home class, or upgrade your membership anytime through the My Gym app (iOS only), by visiting us, or by calling or texting us.

What if a class is full or unavailable?
If you see a class that isn’t available for scheduling online, it’s likely full or we're closed that day. We’ll send a friendly reminder ahead of time so you can manage your schedule without a hitch!

Membership Management and Billing Made Simple

Convenient Auto-Enrollment: After your trial period, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Basic Membership at $119 every 4 weeks. Upgrading to Unlimited is a breeze through the app, in person, or by texting us.

Easy Freeze Options: You can freeze your membership for up to 8 weeks. We’ll send you a reminder before billing resumes, so you have plenty of time to adjust or prepare to jump back in!

Flexible Billing and Cancellation: Billing occurs every 4 weeks. If you forget to cancel, we’ll offer you store credit. You can cancel anytime through the app, by visiting us, or by texting us.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime using the app or by contacting us. We’re here to help!

Special Programs and Events to Look Forward To

Parents' Night Out (PNO):

  • When: Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (limited to 3 hours due to state regulations).
  • What: Kids will sing, dance, play games, enjoy free play, and participate in a puppet show or story time depending on their age. Pizza dinner is provided, and each child will leave with a small surprise.
  • Sibling Discount (20%): Save when two or more children from the same family attend PNO!

Camps:

  • Activities to Delight: Our 3-hour camps are filled with obstacle courses, zip lines, games, and more. Each camp day wraps up with a small toy for your child to take home.
  • Discounts for Multiple Days: The more days you book, the more you save! Multiple day and sibling discounts apply.

Booking Your Child’s Classes and Play Sessions

Home Class: Your child’s Home class is always reserved automatically. This class provides structure and routine.

Reserving Additional Classes and Practice & Plays:

  • Basic Membership: Reserve Practice & Play sessions ahead of time. Make-up classes are available within 30 days for missed classes.
  • Unlimited Membership: Reserve up to 3 additional classes, including Practice & Plays, at any time through the app or web portal.

Our Commitment to Safety and Cleanliness

Socks Required: To maintain a clean and safe environment, everyone on the gym floor must wear socks. My Gym Gripper Socks are required for children and are available online or in person. Any socks are fine for parents.

Why My Gym Gripper Socks?
Our socks are specifically certified for use on our equipment, preventing slips and ensuring a clean, germ-free environment.

Dedicated Cleaning Practices: We vacuum and sanitize the gym multiple times a day using child-safe products to keep the environment spotless.

Facilities and Amenities for Your Convenience

Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle or Hydro Flask to fill at our hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby.

Sanitization Station: We have a Purell dispenser at the entrance/exit of the gym floor for your convenience.

Restrooms: Our restrooms at the back of the gym include a changing station stocked with Kirkland diapers and wipes.

Parent Participation and Presence Guidelines

For Children Aged 3 Months to 3.5 Years:

  • Active Participation Required: Parents must be on the gym floor with their child to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

For Children Aged 3.5 Years and Up:

  • Stay Close, Stay Connected: Parents must remain in the lobby, ensuring a smooth experience for your child. At least one guardian must always be on the premises.
