Exciting News: New Inclusive Class Offering & Waitlist

At My Gym, we’re committed to creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all children. We're thrilled to announce a new class designed to support children who may benefit from quieter music, more personalized attention, and smaller class sizes to accommodate sensory sensitivities.

Our All Ability Gymsters Class offers a safe space for children of all abilities to enjoy fun, movement-based activities at their own pace. This class includes tailored skills, interactive games/songs/dances/puppets, and sensory-friendly equipment, all designed to nurture physical, social, and emotional development. Whether your child needs quieter music, extra guidance, or help managing sensory overstimulation, we’re here to ensure they have an enriching and enjoyable experience.

If your child has a special need or requires specific accommodations to fully enjoy our classes, we encourage you to reach out to a My Gym staff member. Our All Ability Gymsters Class may just be the perfect fit for you and your child!
