Tier 2 Birthday Celebration

Tier 2 Birthday Celebrations Include...

A maximum of 26 attendees total (this includes all persons of any age)
Additional children can be added at 18.00 per child (max of 12 children)
All children 3½ and younger are required to have an adult with them at all times

Celebration attendees age 3 and up must wear masks (specified HERE) at all times except while actively eating or drinking.
Celebration attendees must be seated at a table while consuming food and beverages (no more than two (2) adults and three (3) children per table)
Nonpermanent seating arrangements may not be altered by celebration attendees.
Hosting families may bring outside food that is:
- From a licensed food establishment that is operating in compliance with the LA County Protocol for Restaurants, and/or
- Prepackaged food from a market permitted by Environmental Health.
Hosting families may not bring communal servable foods (ie. communal sandwich trays, pizzas, fruit bowls, etc.)
Communal servable cake, cupcakes, and cake pops are allowed, so long as the My Gym Party Specialists serve it.
Home-made food is not permitted
Food provided by the gym must be served using serving utensils and plastic food gloves provided by the gym.

1 large one-topping pizza: 16.99
- Upgrade +2.50 per additional topping, (pizzas separated per table)
12 Individually packaged bags of chips (Plain, Sea Salt & Vinegar, BBQ, and Jalapeño): 7.99
12 Individually packaged bags of apple slices: 11.99
12 Individually packaged bags of frosted animal cookies: 5.99
12 Juice boxes: 6.99
