Tier 3 Birthday Celebration

Tier 3 Birthday Celebrations Include...

A maximum of 18 attendees total (this includes all persons of any age)
Additional children can not be added
All children 3½ and younger are required to have an adult with them at all times

Celebration attendees age 3 and up must wear masks (specified HERE) at all times
Celebration attendees may not remove their masks and/or consume food while at the gym
Nonpermanent seating arrangements may not be altered by celebration attendees.
Hosting families may bring outside food ONLY if it is individually packaged for celebration attendees to take home and is from a licensed food establishment that is operating in compliance with the LA County Protocol for Restaurants and/or market permitted by Environmental Health.
