Guide to My Gym Birthday Celebrations During COVID-19
IT'S CELEBRATION TIME!
We're very excited to celebrate your little one's special day with you!
The following are temporary adjustments to our parties legally required & enforced, for all businesses like ours, by health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control Prevention (CDC) and other sectors of the government.
It may be different from the last time you came, but together, we can find new ways to make Moments That Matter.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION TIERS
All "Birthday Celebration Tiers" include:
- 2-hour Birthday Celebration run by our amazing Birthday Celebration Specialists
- Non-stop, action-packed, original games and activities
- Balloon decorations
- My Gym paper goods
- A special gift for the birthday child
- 2 for $2 Class Guest Experience offer for each child
Our Birthday Celebrations are arranged in three (3) fun-filled tiers! Your Birthday Celebration's specific tier is determined by the factors found below.

*Persons (ages 16+) are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 at ≥2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or ≥2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen) AND they can show proof of such vaccination.
Persons (ages 3-15) are considered "fully vaccinated" for COVID-19 if none of the below applies to them or anyone they have been in close contact with:
- Had a fever of 100.4°F or above in the last 72 hours
- Had chills, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing in the last 72 hours
- Had a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case in the last 10 days
- Had been to a gathering of more than 3 households
Persons (ages 3-13) do not require proof of "full vaccination". Their attending the Birthday Celebration is confirmation that they meet the requirements above.

**Accepted forms of government-issued photo identification are California or out-of-state driver’s licenses, Military I.D., or Student I.D. Card (for persons under 18 years of age)

***The term “household” is defined as “persons living together as a single living unit” and shall not include institutional group living situations such as dormitories, fraternities, sororities, monasteries, convents, or residential care facilities, nor does it include such commercial living arrangements such as boarding houses, hotels, or motels.
