How-To use your Online Account!

Hello My Gym Louisville Member!

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve overhauled our online booking system! Now, when you log on to your online account you will notice a new look and enjoy a simpler, more streamlined experience.  

Of course, you will continue to have maximum control over your account and will still complete all transactions via your web login. 

Please note that the system works in real time, and My Gym teachers cannot override the system or complete these transactions in the gym or over the phone. 

This enables us to focus on your children and continue to provide the best program possible.  Thank you!  

A few highlights:

We’ve made it easier to schedule your Unlimited Classes/Make-ups, Switch your home class, Freeze your enrollment, and Upgrade to Unlimited Classes! Go to "Schedule Classes"  and click your child's name!

If you can’t make it to class, please take a second to mark yourself absent in the "Upcoming Visits" section. This opens up a spot for another child to come to class. This is also where you can find your child's home class and any other events/ programs that you have signed your child up for.

The new "Payment" section now includes your upcoming payments, billing history, and a place to update/change the card you are billed on!
