Upon purchase, you will be given the option to print or email the gift certificate to the recipient of your choice.
- Gift certificates may be used for any service or product at My Gym Miami Lakes ONLY.
- Gift certificates can be used by the recipient for class tuitions, events, camps, and birthday parties. Certificates do not apply for Preschool Prep or Weekly Trial.
- Gift certificates can ONLY be used by the recipient and their family. Recipient MUST provide the certificate when signing up in order to activate and apply the credits gifted.
- If the total amount of the Gift Certificate does not cover the options the recipient chooses, the recipient is responsible to COVER ALL FEES after certificate has been applied.
- Gift certificates do not expire. Once credits have been fully used, the certificate will be deactivated. If recipient wishes to continue after the certificate has been used, they can purchase a membership, class card or pay for camp, events, and/or birthdays at our current prices.

CVV2/CVC is an important feature ensuring security when you are using your credit card for transactions on the Internet and over the phone. "CVV/CVC" is an abbreviation for 'Card Verification Value or Code'. For Discover Card the same thing is called the Cardmember ID. Most credit cards, such as *Visa*, *Mastercard*, and *Discover*, have a three-digit CVV2 number printed in the signature space on the back. It is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. Please keep in mind that it is NOT part of your regular credit card number. The American Express verification number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. The CVV2 is a means of fraud protection that helps validate two things: that the customer has the credit card in their possession and that the credit card number is legitimate. By preventing fraud CVV2 helps keep costs down for everyone.
