We are sorry to see you go!

Remember that you are always a member at My Gym. 

 

All cancellation dates and payments are confirmed via email. As per your enrollment agreement, a minimum of four weeks cancellation is required prior to withdrawal from My Gym classes. Your credit card will only be charged if necessary to bring your child’s paid enrollment up to the four week minimum. 

 

There are a few things we want you to remember before you go:

  1. We care and have loved seeing your child(ren) grow in our program! 
  2. We want to find a solution that works for your family’s needs and want to remain your child’s top activity. We are willing to improve ourselves to be that.
  3. We have many options that you can take instead of cancelling. 
    1. Switch class time
    2. Freeze your classes
    3. Extend your make up classes 
    4. Help schedule make ups
