My Gym Policies
Cancellation: One final
payment is due once we receive a notice IN WRITING. Cancellation must be done
in person, email or through the online system. We do not allow phone call
cancellations. After your final class, all make-up class will expire except for
holiday make-ups.
Make-ups: All make-ups must be scheduled in advance, no
walk-ins. All make-up classes expire 4 weeks after the missed class.
Freeze: Freezing
is for a maximum of 4 weeks. Cancellation policy still applies.
Siblings: Siblings of
any age are not allowed in a class unless they are non-walking siblings and in
a car seat or baby-carrier at all times. Excludes Sibling Class.
No Runny
Nose No Cough: Anyone with a runny nose or cough for any reason will be asked
to leave and attend a make-up class. This helps to ensure a clean, safe and
healthy environment for all our guests.
Socks: Children are
required to be barefoot on the gym floor. Socks are required for adults.
Children who have had symptoms of HFMD are required to stay out of the gym a
minimum of 1 week after all symptoms have disappeared.
Cell phones:
Cell phones must be kept on silent and are only for taking pictures or
videos. If you need to take a call you must take your child to the lobby, they
may not remain on the gym floor unattended. If your child is attending an independent
class, please be respectful and talk on your phone outside.
Lobby: Place
shoes and bags under benches. My Gym is not responsible for items placed or
left behind in the lobby. If a class is in session be polite and keep voices
down, especially in our independent classes so parents can hear the children
and the children remain focused. Headphones are required for children watching
videos. Children must remain in the lobby until the teachers signal they are
welcome to come in.
Food and
Drink: Please clean up after your child. No food or drink is
allowed on the gym floor.
