Important information to remember!
- - You bring your food, drinks, and cake (PIZZA DEALS: Round Table Pizza on Colorado Ave use code MYGYM25 > 25% Off Your Order or, New York Pizza (Downtown Palo Alto) > 20% Off Your Order)
- - Please arrive NO EARLIER than 15 mins before your scheduled party, as the the staff will be getting the gym ready for you.
- - Have your guests arrive NO EARLIER than your scheduled birthday time slot to allow staff and family time to set up your personal items before the party begins.
- - The Monday before your party expect a confirmation call from a staff member to go over last minute details for your party.
- - Remaining balance will be due at the end of your party.

Birthday Party Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel less than 6 weeks and greater than 2 weeks from Birthday Party Date: Full refund of deposit once birthday party date is re-booked.
- Cancel less than 2 weeks from the birthday party date: Deposit is forfeited.
