Our MAKE-UP, CANCELLATION, and FREEZE policies

ENROLLMENT

My Gym enrollment is based on a recurring tuition system, with tuition billed automatically and continuously every 4 weeks.

Basic Tuition: Enrollment includes one structured class and unlimited Practice and Play sessions per week. A minimum of 2 months is required upon enrollment.

Unlimited Tuition: Enrollment includes the option to attend all age-appropriate classes on the schedule and unlimited Practice & Play sessions. Choose one primary class with pre-scheduled attendance and register online for all unlimited classes. A minimum of 2 months is required upon enrollment.

 

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Basic Tuition: If your child is going to be absent from class, you MUST mark your child absent on the online portal. Failure to do this will forfeit your make-up class

Make-up Credits may be used to attend any age-appropriate class. Schedule makeup classes online by logging into your account and clicking "Makeup Credits" on your "Account Activity" page, or with a My Gym staff member. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.

Make-up credits may not be used to push back bill dates or attend the class you are currently enrolled in. Billing dates cannot be adjusted to accommodate Make-Up Credits.

Make-ups are redeemable during current enrollment only. If your account is placed on Hold/Freeze, your Make-Up Credits are also Frozen until your enrollment resumes. If you discontinue your class enrollment, all make-ups must be used before the date of your last class, at which time they will be forfeited.

*Billing dates cannot be adjusted to accommodate Make-Up classes since Make-Ups cannot be used in place of enrollment in your regularly scheduled class.*

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

My Gym has a 28-day/final payment Cancellation policy (we require a final tuition payment and a final 4 weeks of classes). To Cancel classes, My Gym must be notified via a written Cancellation Request Form. Cancellation Request Forms are available in the gym or online (to cancel online, go to "My Account Home," click "Edit Billing," and select "Cancel My Account" at the bottom).   

*There are no refunds for cancellation requests submitted after your next billing date*

FREEZE/HOLD POLICY

My Gym offers a Freeze Account option. Currently enrolled Members have the option to Freeze their account (place it on hold) for 1 month. When placing your account on hold, your recurring payments are temporarily suspended and your child's spot in their class is held until your Freeze ends and your enrollment resumes.
