Policies and FAQs



Curious about how registration works, or to what your membership entitles your family? My Gym makes enrolling in any class or program easy and convenient.

Membership
After your initial 1-week Guest Experience, ongoing tuition is automatically billed to your card on file every 28 days. Each tuition payment entitles My Gym members to attend their predetermined weekly classes and Unlimited Practice and Plays (Must be scheduled online). Membership can be canceled at any time using your online account. Trials must also be cancelled using your online account because cancelling requires a signature.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 30 day cancellation through your online account. Must be done through your online account. 

Missed Classes and Make-Ups
Make-ups are a family-friendly solution for when a scheduled class cannot be attended. Whether your little one is under the weather, or you are out of town, a make-up can be scheduled. In order to receive a make-up, you MUST mark yourself absent PRIOR to the beginning of class in order to free your spot and allow another family to attend. Use the online portal to mark absent and to schedule the make-up. All make-ups must be completed within 6 weeks of the missed date. 

Siblings
We understand that it is not always possible to attend My Gym with only the child who is enrolled. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we are not able to allow siblings on the floor during age-appropriate classes. Younger siblings (infants) can accompany an older sibling but MUST be worn in a soft-structured carrier or wrap (Ergo, Moby, Tula, etc.) or secured in an infant carrier. Preschoolers are welcome to sit at the counter with coloring books, electronic devices, etc. where you will have a constant eye on them.

Socks 
For safety reasons, My Gym Grippy Socks are required for all children attending classes. My Gym Grippy socks can be purchased online for $3.50 when you enroll or book your trial. You can also purchase your socks by scanning the QR code when you arrive at the gym or letting a teacher know that you need a pair. Adults must wear socks on the gym floor at all times (Does not have to be My Gym socks).
