Frequently Asked Questions
for
Preschool Prep Program

1. What is the age range for Preschool Prep program?

We offer Preschool Prep Program to children from 23 months to 4 years old. Each child is unique, and we help them to grow on their abilities individually and socially with the group.

2. Is it an Independent or Parent Participation class?

The goal for the program is to get the children ready for preschool providing a smoother transition for parents. For the first couple of classes, we require parent participation until the child gets a bit more familiar with the instructors and other children in the class. After that, our instructors will be working with each family one on one to take the next step into their full independence.

3. Is it a structured program or free play?

We combine structured and free play elements in the class. There are many teachable moments throughout 2.5 hours of class. We teach them how to sit, listen and wait for their turns as well as free play elements working on spatial awareness and curiosity with our weekly gym setup which is innovative and different week from week. We always try our best to create a safe and fun space for children to explore. The first hour usually starts with gym activities, while the 2 second hour is more focused on arts&crafts, toy exploration, and academic learning, with the first and last 15 minutes of class focusing school on routine and independence.

4. Is there any snack provided?

No. Parents will have to pack a light snack for about 15-minute snack break after their gym activities. We have children that have food allergies, so please pack nut-free snacks. If your child has other allergies, please always give us notice.

5. Is it a “one class per week” enrollment?

Yes. We have two time slots available at the time and you can choose the one that fits your schedule the best. You can also register for all 2-day programs on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The class ingredients will be similar as we run a weekly program.

6. How much is the tuition?

We have monthly plans ($168) for every 4 weeks, and we also offer 6-month packages and 1-year packages with discounted prices available for purchase at our center.

7. What should I do if my child cries because of separation anxiety?

Separation anxiety will happen, it's normal. However, practice makes perfect, creating a goodbye routine makes a difference for the kids and always following through with the promises made at that time is very important for them. Once they settle into the new class routine, they will be more comfortable and confident.

8. What if I miss a class?

We encourage full attendance and try not to miss classes. However, things happen and we understand that. If you anticipate missing a class, you can freeze your enrollment by submitting a freeze request two weeks prior to the class that you are not going to make it. If it’s a last-minute notice, contact us through email or text before the class starts, and we will try to reschedule your class to another day and time based on availability.

9. What if I need to pause my class for a while?

If you need to stop your class temporarily, you can freeze your account for up to 2 months at one time. You can submit your freezing request and process the freezing on our website, 2-weeks notice is required to freeze future classes.

10. How to stop my class?
