Duties

• Run quality My Gym classes, which calls for the leadership skills needed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment
• Lead quality birthday parties
• Assist the owner with accounting, advertising, staff training and development, and overall facility management
• Assist in facility cleaning

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written skills
• Good memory skills
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Child development and/or gymnastics background preferred

Duties

• Assist in facility cleaning
• Run the gym in conjunction with the Director
• Insure that all classes are run in a safe and enjoyable manner
• Oversee other teachers and be responsible for class quality
• Handle scheduling of guests for classes and birthday party registration

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written skills
• Good memory skills
• Must be open to coaching
• Microsoft program knowledge and a background in child development and/or gymnastics are a plus
