To our wonderful families,

As we approach the new school year, we understand this will be a period of adjustment and we want to offer quality programs that fit your needs. As such, your input is important to us! We would greatly appreciate you taking a moment to complete this survey as we prepare our fall schedule. All of us at My Gym are honored to be able to provide a safe space that supports children physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially... But we couldn't do it without you!

As many children will be attending virtual learning/hybrid/homeschool this fall, schedules will look a lot different.

What time of the day do you prefer to see a 2-3 hour drop-off program offered for children ages 5 and younger?
