How My Gym Waitlists Work

To maintain the best experience and safety for our customers, we must limit the capacity of our classes. Some class times are very popular and reach this capacity during our busy seasons. We have implemented a waitlist process so that interested customers do not have to continually check in for open spots. To remain fair, this policy is strictly and consistently followed with all of our customers.

HOORAY! 🎉 You’ve been added to a class waitlist for a very popular class at My Gym Springfield! Please read the information below to know what to expect while waiting for your class day to arrive.

Your position in the waitlist will be maintained until you are removed. We will always contact the first person on the list and work our way down from the top when a spot is available.

All communication regarding your waitlist spot and any openings will occur over text. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

You must respond to any contact about an opening within 24 hours. After that time, the offer will be rescinded, and we will offer the spot to the next person in line.

You must be able to begin your enrollment in the class on the first or second class date following the opening. If you are unable to begin on one of those two dates, we will offer the spot to the next person in line.

Trials are not available for any class with a waitlist. When a spot is available, you must start or transfer your enrollment to this class to begin. If you are a new customer and are interested in trialing our classes, we can set you up in a different class with availability.

If you do not respond within 24 hours or if you are unable to begin your enrollment on the offered dates, you will maintain your position in line and we will reach out again when another opening is available. If you do not respond or are unable to begin after the second opening, you will be removed from the list.
