Meet the Owner(s) – Tiffany Larsen & Teresa Stringfellow

We are Tiffany Larsen and Teresa Stringfellow the owners of the My Gym Children’s Fitness Center coming to St. George! 

We first discovered My Gym while Tiffany was on maternity leave and Teresa was helping take care of grandbabies. We both wanted a safe place to take the kids where they could have fun and learn at the same time. We both fell in love with the welcoming family atmosphere of My Gym! The kids made friends, learned new skills, and burned lots of energy! 

Prior to My Gym Tiffany attended Weber State University where she graduated with her degree in Elementary Education. She went on to teach elementary school for seven years and then took some time off to complete her family. Teresa's pride and joy is being Grammy to her three grandchildren. Teresa was a military wife where she spent countless hours volunteering for multiple youth organizations for various military bases all while raising her own three kids. 

Our family recently moved to St. George from Ogden, Utah. We lived in Northern Utah for almost twenty years and found ourselves spending more weekends in St. George than in Ogden. We decided it was time to say goodbye to the snowy mountains and hello to the beautiful red rocks. We love being able to spend more time outside and exploring!

When we are not focusing on My Gym, we love to be outside! You can find us hiking, biking, swimming, or busy planning our next Disneyland vacation!

We are very excited to bring My Gym to St. George and get to know all of our families. We can’t wait to you meet you!
