We know navigating the website and/or the app can get confusing or tricky, below you will find step by step instructions for: marking yourself absent, scheduling classes and freezing/cancelling your enrollment.
Prior to using the app or the website you must be logged in- do not create a new account, you already have one! If you are not sure what your login information is, please contact us so we can send you a password re-set or a claim to your online account to the email on file.
MARKING YOURSELF ABSENT
From the app or website
1. Select Upcoming Visits
2. Select "Mark Absent"
3. From the drop down menu that pops up, select the date your child will be absent and hit the pink button that says "Mark Absent"
SCHEDULING AN UNLIMITED CLASS
From the app
1. Select Schedule Classes
2. Select the child's name you are scheduling for.
3. Select "Schedule"
4. You will be shown all age-appropriate programs for your child. Select the program listed that has the day/time you are looking to attend.
5. Hit the pink button that says "Schedule"
6. Choose the class day/time you want to attend, then select the date.
7. The last step is a confirmation page that will list your child's name, the class date/day/time. Review the information is correct and hit the pink button that says "Schedule".
8. You can see all scheduled unlimited classes (you may have up to 4 scheduled at a time) by selecting Upcoming Visit on from the main page. If you won't be able to attend the class you scheduled, you will see listed under it that it says "Cancel Visit", simply select that so we know you won't be coming anymore.
From the website
1. Select Schedule Classes
2. Select the child's name you are scheduling for.
3. Select "Schedule Unlimited". Do not select drop-in, this will only show you Practice & Play times.
4. You will be shown all age-appropriate programs for your child. Select the program listed that has the day/time you are looking to attend.
5. You will see now that a pink button has appeared under that program that says "Book Unlimited", select that
6. From the list that appears choose the class day/time you want to attend, then select the date.
7. The last step is a confirmation page that will list your child's name, the class date/day/time. Review the information is correct and hit the pink button that says "Book My Class"
8. You can see all scheduled unlimited classes (you may have up to 4 scheduled at a time) by selecting Upcoming Visit on from the main page. If you won't be able to attend the class you scheduled, you will see listed under it that it says "Cancel Visit", simply select that so we know you won't be coming anymore.
SCHEDULING FREE PLAY FOR AN UNENROLLED SIBLING
From the app
1. Select Schedule Classes.
2. Select the child's name that you are scheduling for.
3. Select "Schedule Drop-In"
4. You will see listed the days/times for free plays, select where it says Practice & Play.
5. Select the pink button that says "Schedule Drop-In"
6. From the list that appears choose the free play you'd like to attend, then select the date.
7. The last step is a confirmation page that will list your child's name, the class date/day/time. Review the information is correct and hit the pink button that says "Schedule Drop-In".

1. Select Schedule Classes.
2. Select the child's name that you are scheduling for.
3. Select "Schedule Drop-In"
4. You will see listed the days/times for free plays, select where it says Practice & Play
5. Select the pink button that says "Book Class"
6. From the list that appears choose the free play you'd like to attend, then select the date.
7. The last step is a confirmation page that will list your child's name, the class date/day/time. Review the information is correct and hit the pink button that says "Schedule Now"
FREEZING/CANCELLING YOUR ENROLLMENT
*Please use the website only for setting up a freeze or cancellation. The app will more than likely give you an error message repeatedly.*
From the website
1. Select Schedule Classes.
2. Select the child who's enrollment you want to freeze or cancel.
3. You will see listed the current class day/time you are enrolled in and underneath that the option to "Freeze Enrollment" or "Cancel Enrollment". Select the one appropriate to you.
4. If you select to FREEZE enrollment: the next page will ask you to select the last date your child will attend before freeze and the number of weeks you want to freeze for (max is 6 weeks). You will then need to sign to agree to the class freeze. Once complete hit the pink button that says "Freeze Enrollment".
5. If you select to CANCEL enrollment: the next page will ask you to select the reason for cancelling, please select one from the drop down menu and hit the pink button that says "Continue". The next page will show you a summary of your enrollment and ask for the last date your child will attend class. Read the next section regarding if you have any remaining payment dues and the last date of class you may attend then click the box that says "I accept the terms of payment" and sign. When complete hit the pink button that says "Submit".
6. After completing a freeze or cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation showing the freeze dates or your cancellation agreement. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours then your freeze or cancellation was not processed successfully, please contact us to double check your account status or log in and try the steps above again.
