How Your Enrollment Works
Welcome to My Gym Tribeca! Below are our current policies for our Enrolled Members.
Lifetime Membership Fee: $75:
The Lifetime Membership fee is a one-time fee that covers the whole family for life! You will always be a member of My Gym. This Membership will transfer over to ALL locations.
Recurring Payment
My Gym runs on a 4-week recurring payment. Your next payment of $289/489 will be four weeks from your first class. You are able to view your upcoming payments and transaction history under the “payment” tab online or on our app! You can also update your payment on file through the “payment” tab.
Adult Participation:
All classes (younger than Ninja) and all Practice and Plays are adult participation. All caregivers and parents are required to move with their child throughout the full duration of class, no matter the age.
Time Before & After Class
Members are able to come no more than 15 minutes before class and stay 15 minutes after.
Food
No food or drink is allowed on the gym floor. Limited food will be allowed in the lobby area. Meals, lunches, and extensive lobby use will no longer be allowed. If you do need to provide a snack after class, we ask that you keep it minimal and contained in your stroller. This will ensure cleanliness and safety (allergic reactions & choking hazards).
The My Gym Environment:
We expect all adults, caregivers, and parents to help maintain an appropriate, safe and fun environment. My Gym is not the place for negativity, unkind behavior, or verbal arguments. If you find yourself with a concern or issue involving another member, we urge you to speak with our team immediately and allow us to handle any conflict. We hope that all members of the My Gym family can understand that our top concern is the wellbeing of our children.
Sock Policy
Children are required to wear My Gym gripper socks and will not be allowed on the gym floor without them. These socks have been tested by our corporate team on our specific equipment to ensure safety. Each child receives a pair of socks upon enrollment. Additional gripper socks can also be purchased for $5. Adults must wear regular socks when on the gym floor and can be purchased for $3 if you do not have a pair with you.
Sick Policy
If you or your little one are sick, please stay at home and schedule a make-up. If you come to the gym sick without a doctor’s note, we will ask you to come another day so we can keep everyone at the gym healthy! You will receive the make up right away
Cell phones
If you need to make a call or text, please take your little one to the lobby so we can have all eyes on the gym floor. Cell phone usage on the gym floor is not allowed to keep all hands and eyes on deck!
Practice & Play
Register online each week one week and an hour in advance from the Practice & Play class time as a Drop In class. We do not accept walk-ins. You may attend up to one session a day in addition to your regularly scheduled class (space providing). If you cannot make a time you scheduled, please cancel online an hour before so we can open up the spot for another member. Should you not show with out cancelling there will be a $15 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.
Recurring Payment
Your recurring 4 week payment of $269 will continue ever four weeks from your first class until we receive an email notifying us of cancellation. You are able to view your upcoming payments and transaction history under the “billing” tab online. You can also update your payment on file through the “billing” tab.
Cancellation
We require a cancellation notice via email 4-weeks prior to the date of your next payment to stop all charges on the card on file. One final payment must go through.
Makeups
You will receive a makeup when you miss your weekly class, and this can be scheduled online directly through your account. Makeups never expire while you are actively enrolled. If you should cancel, you will have those final 4 weeks to take any unused makeups. If you cannot attend a scheduled makeup and do not notify us in advance by email to release your spot, you will forfeit that makeup.
Absences
If you know you will be unable to attend class due to sickness, appointment, vacation, etc. you should able to mark yourself absent in advance online! Go to the “upcoming visits” tab to mark yourself absent and you will then receive your make up instantly!
Siblings
Siblings that are not currently enrolled in the current class are not allowed on the gym floor. Though we wish we could invite them to participate, we’re unable to accommodate them due to class size and safety constraints. Infant siblings can be on the gym floor, as long as they’re worn by you in a structured carrier. Don’t forget we have an amazing Siblings class option for ages 3mos-6yrs! You also receive 10% off your additional children’s enrollment. When all kids are enrolled they have access to all practice and plays and are able to share their make ups
