How Your Enrollment Works
Welcome to My Gym Tribeca! Below are our current policies for our Enrolled Members.
Lifetime Membership Fee: $75:
The Lifetime Membership fee is a one-time fee that covers the whole family for life! You will always be a member of My Gym. This Membership will transfer over to ALL locations.
Recurring Payment
My Gym runs on a 4-week recurring payment. Your next payment of $289/489 will be four weeks from your first class. You are able to view your upcoming payments and transaction history under the “payment” tab online or on our app! You can also update your payment on file through the “payment” tab.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 30 day cancellation notice via email prior to the date of your next payment to stop all charges on the card on file. One final payment must go through.
Adult Participation
Parents and Caregivers are responsible for constantly supervising their children during adult participation classes and Practice and Play programs. Always be within an arm’s reach or less of your child and ready to assist as your little one explores the gym and equipment. Be prepared to be hands on throughout all activities to help your child flourish and grow from class to class!
Practice & Play
Register online each week for the Practice & Play as a Drop-in class. You may register up to a week in advance by the hour – we do not accept walk-ins. You may attend up to one session a day in addition to your regularly scheduled class (space providing). Click “Classes” listed on the home page once you've logged in. Then, click your child’s name. Click on "Schedule Practice and Play" and follow the prompts. **The Practice & Play will close once it reaches capacity. If you cannot make a time you scheduled, please cancel online or email the gym so we can open up the spot for another member. If you do not cancel online or contact the gym and do not attend the practice and play, there will be a $15 cancellation fee.**
Makeups
You will receive a makeup when you miss your weekly class, and this can be scheduled online directly through your account. Makeups never expire while you are actively enrolled. If you should cancel, you will have those last 30 days to take any unused makeups. If you cannot attend a scheduled makeup and do not notify us in advance by email to release your spot, you will forfeit that makeup.
Absences
If you know you will be unable to attend class due to sickness, appointment, vacation, etc. You are able to mark yourself absent in advance online or with our app! You can go to the “upcoming visits” tab and mark yourself absent. You will then receive your make up instantly!
Sick Policy
If you or your little one are sick, please stay at home and schedule a make-up. If you come to the gym sick without a doctor’s note, we will ask you to come another day so we can keep everyone at the gym healthy!
Siblings
Siblings who are not a part of the current class are not allowed on the gym floor. Though we wish we could invite them to participate, we’re unable to accommodate them due to class size and safety constraints. Younger (infant) siblings can be on the gym floor, as long as they’re contained either in their infant car carrier seat or worn by you in a structured carrier. Older siblings can remain in the lobby that is viewable from the gym floor, and they can bring quite activities (coloring, tablet, books, etc.).
Don’t forget we have an amazing Siblings class option for ages 3mos-6yrs! You also receive 10% off your additional children’s enrollment. When all kids are enrolled, they have access to all practice and plays and are able to share their make ups!
Cell phones
If you need to make a call or text, please take your little one to the lobby so we can have all eyes on the gym floor. We encourage you to take pictures, but please be mindful to take photos/videos of only your child unless you have permission from the other child's parent.
Sock Policy
While on the gym floor, adults wear socks and children are required to wear My Gym gripper socks and adults are required to wear socks. If you happen to forget your socks, they will be available for purchase upon arrival.

The best way to contact the gym is by email (tribeca@mygym.com). Send us an email of your inquiry and we can help you as soon as possible. You can always give us a call but as we may be on the floor teaching, always leave a voicemail with a return number and the information you are looking for!
