How do I schedule a My Gym party?

It's easy! Just give us a call or go to our website to reserve your special day and time!

 

Is a deposit required?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

 

Will My Gym provide entertainment and staff on the gym floor?

Our fun and friendly staff will not only provide entertainment, but will develop a custom party just for your child.  From our large selection of music to award winning programs, we do it all!

 

How many children can I invite?

You may invite up to 15 guests!  Any additional children are subject to a $15 fee per child (up to 25 children).

 

Is there an additional charge for parents and/or caregivers?

There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers.

 

Is each child required to have a signed waiver?

For insurance purposes, all children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian. My Gym provides a waiver the day of the party if your guests forget to fill it out online.

 

Do I need to stay at the party?

The party host is required to stay at the party. Parents of children 3 and under are required to accompany their children on the gym floor.  However, other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!  

 

Are socks required?

For safety purposes, we require gripper socks for children and regular socks for adults.  Socks may be purchased for just $4 per pair.

 

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the gym?

You are welcome to use your own decorations or paper products; we do not allow ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string or confetti. OR have us take care of it for you!

 

Can I add a Theme to the Party?  What is included with the Theme?

You can add a Theme for just $60.

Theme Packages include: Themed napkins and plates, standard napkins and plates, and a scene setter backdrop for pictures.  Games and music will be Themed as well.

 

Do you provide set up and clean up?

Absolutely! We will set up the gym and clean up afterwards.

 

Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?

Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.

 

When will you contact me for details about my party?

We will call you the week of the party to go over details including music and game requests, as well as a few other questions. We want everything to be ready for your child’s party!

 

Do you provide Birthday Party Favors?

Absolutely! You can purchase party favors for $7.00 each.  Included in each bag is a coloring book, glider, punch ball, stickers and more!!

 

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?

You are welcome to provide food and drinks for your guests (no peanut products please). For your safety and enjoyment, food and beverages are not permitted on the gym floor.

 

Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter but no matches, please.

 

What if I need to reschedule my party?

We require at least 10 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
