HOW MY GYM WORKS!
Membership
Each child that takes a class at My Gym is required to become a member. Your membership is good for your lifetime, and good for your entire family! It entitles you to priority class enrollment and discounts to events which are open to members and non-members (i.e., members receive a $55 discount on birthday parties). Our one-time only membership fee is $75 and it is transferable to all My Gyms.
Enrollment Flexibility & Recurring Billing
We bill every 4 weeks for your following 4 weeks of classes. You will be billed on the first day of your next 4 week cycle and you can un-enroll at any time with a 4 week cancellation notice via email. Once that final payment goes through, you will have those 4 weeks to take any unused make-ups and you will not be billed again. We do not give refunds for partial 4 week cycles which are not used.
Practice & Play
As an added benefit to being enrolled in classes, members are entitled to attend multiple Practice & Plays per week. You can sign up on your My Gym account one week in advance as a Drop-In class. During Practice & Play, children have unstructured play time while practicing their skill stations and adventures set up by their teachers!
Make-Ups
If you miss a class we encourage you to schedule a make-up. For make-ups you can attend any age appropriate class that has spots available. In order to reserve a spot in a class for a make-up you simply need to schedule it directly on your online account. If you know you need to miss an upcoming class, you can mark your child absent ahead of time for that day and schedule the makeup accordingly. Should you not show for a scheduled make-up without an email cancellation (up to 2 hours before class), you will forfeit that make-up.
Siblings
We understand that it is not always possible to attend My Gym with only the child who is enrolled. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we are not able to allow siblings in the play space during classes; however, we will work with you to find a solution. Infants can be worn in a Bjorn style holder or left in infant carriers. Preschoolers can sit at the counter with coloring books, electronic devices, etc. where you will have a constant eye on them. We appreciate all of our members understanding of this matter to ensure all of our classes are safe and fun for all!
