How do I schedule a My Gym party?
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date or book a party by placing a deposit online at www.mygym.com/viera/birthday-parties. Simply click the party package you'll be booking, and the system will show you up-to-date availability.
What is included with the cost of a My Gym party?
All parties include:
Your child is the star of the party!
Exclusive use of the entire facility
1½ hour party (upgrade to 2 hours available)
2 specially trained Party Specialists
Cake cutting and service
Setup and cleanup of food and beverages
Solid Color Paper Goods (food and cake plates, napkins, forks, and tablecloths) Our colors

Party socks for children
Deluxe & Premier include everything listed above in addition to the below
Juice boxes - One per child
Pizza (1-topping) for children (2 pizzas for Deluxe & 3 pizzas for Premier)
How long are My Gym parties?
Our parties are an hour and a half. We encourage you to open presents at home, allowing as much play time as possible. Ask us about availability to add half-hour ($100). Adding this half-hour on at the time of booking (if available) ensures your additional time as there may be another party scheduled before or after your date gets closer rendering the additional time unavailable.
Is a deposit required?
A $150 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
Will My Gym provide entertainment and staff on the gym floor?
Our fun and friendly staff will not only provide entertainment but will develop a custom party with games and activities just for your child. From our large selection of music to award-winning programs, we do it all!
How many children can I invite?
There are 3 different package options for you to choose from. The Grand package includes 10 children, the Deluxe package includes up to 15 children, and the Premier package includes up to 20 children. The birthday child is free and not included in the guest count. You may decide which package is as late as the Monday before your party.
There is a second child birthday fee of $35.00 for a combined party. (Exceptions apply in the instance of twins and triplets.) (For parties with more than one birthday child, combined friends, or different-aged siblings, only one child is excluded from the party count. Exceptions apply in the instance of twins and triplets.) Our MAXIMUM number of children is 28, as that is the number of children we can fit in our seating area during the food portion of the party.
What if I have more than the number of children allotted in each package?
Additional guests are welcome! There is a charge per additional guest over the specified number included in your party package (cost varies based on package). The maximum number of children allowed on the gym floor is 28. This number does not include children who are in baby carriers or held for the entire party, but it does include any children who are on the gym floor or equipment. There is an extra child fee of $18.00 per child.
Does My Gym provide favors/goodie bags?
The party packages do not include goodie bags but you can upgrade and add party favors to any party. The cost is $4.00 per child.
My Gym also offers themed party add-ons!
Themed party add-ons include color-coordinating tablecloths, themed plates, themed napkins, tabletop decorations, forks, themed music, backdrop, and themed games and activities. Themes are a $85 add-on to any package. Current themes My Gym Viera offers are...

What about balloons?
Balloons are not included, but they are welcome. You're welcome to bring in your own balloons (if they will be delivered contact us so we can help coordinate delivery time) or we can provide a festive balloon arch for $60 (up to 3 colors to match your party theme). See pictures from previous parties HERE. We also have the option of a balloon drop (think New Year's celebration vibes) for $50 which is a guaranteed hit!
What time should I arrive at the party?
We ask that the host arrives no more than 5-10 minutes before their scheduled party, as we will be cleaning & preparing the gym for the birthday party - as well as allowing the party before yours to exit. You are welcome to drop any décor, paper goods, goodie bags, etc. off up to 4 days before your party.
**If you require more time for a "Pinterest-style" setup, inquire about adding additional time to the party for set-up at an add-on cost. Please note, that we typically host back-to-back parties, so with no additional setup time added extravagant setups (intricate banners/backdrops, balloon arches, a large amount of decor, etc.) will be pushed into guest arrival - for party setups that will take more than 10-15 minutes we highly recommend adding the additional half hour for set up. Is there an additional charge for parents and/or caregivers?
There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers.
Is each child required to have a signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, ALL children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian. My Gym provides a link to the party to send out to guests. We also have a custom QR code available for guests to scan upon arrival for a touch-free sign-in process!
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Parents of children 3 years old and under are required to accompany their children on the gym floor. However, other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Are socks required?
For safety purposes, children are required to wear My Gym Gripper Socks on the gym floor at all times. Adults may purchase My Gym socks as well or bring a pair from home. Children's socks are included in the party packages already.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the gym?
You are welcome to use your own decorations or paper products; please be advised, that we do not allow ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, or confetti (choke-hazard). Please keep in mind there is limited setup time between parties when planning decorations. If you choose to bring your own paper products or use we ask for you to bring 6 rectangular tablecloths, plates, forks, and napkins up to 4 days before the day of the party - please provide enough plates, napkins, and forks for your party guests. You're welcome to bring in your supplies, but credits or substitutions are not provided for doing so.
Do you provide setup and clean-up?
Absolutely! We will set up the gym and take care of all clean-up afterward.
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are not expected or required but are always welcome and appreciated for a job well done.
When will you contact me for details about my party?
We will call you Friday, 2 full weeks (or more) before the party to go over details including music and game requests, as well as a few other questions. You will receive a text message on Friday 1 week before the party reminders and get a final head count. If you have any questions as your date gets closer feel free to email them to Viera@mygym.com or text 321-610-4489 at any time! We want everything to be ready for your child’s party!
When should I order pizza & other options?
When we call you to confirm details for your party, you will have an opportunity to order pizza, juice boxes for the children, and additional food items for adults. Please keep in mind any add-ons require a minimum of 24- to 48-hour notice.
Pizza orders are placed the Friday before the party at noon - to place an order, we must have how many pizzas and what toppings by that time to place an order for you. Orders placed after noon on Friday are subject to late fees - an additional cost per pizza. Any additional food ordered other than pizza will charged to the party at the full cost from the pizza provider.
How many slices are in a pizza?
There are 16 double-cut slices in a large, one-topping pizza. All our pizza is provided through an exclusive contract with MR. Delicious. No outside pizza is allowed. Pizza orders must be placed through My Gym. Don't worry; tax, tip, and delivery costs are included in the cost per pizza. Any orders of pizza from other vendors will be refused at the party host's expense.
What is the price of pizza?
One Topping Large Pizza: $17. Additional toppings are $2. All specialty pies (supreme, meat lovers, veggie, etc.) are $25. Pizzas are all double-cut. These flat rates include tax, tip, and delivery costs
Can I bring food to my party?
You may bring your cake, cupcakes, cookies, prepackaged dry snacks (chips, pretzels, or popcorn), sandwiches, etc. The only other limitation we have is no outside pizza. All food can only be placed on the food table (along the blue wall) and not on the long table with benches. This is to ensure all food remains in the lobby.
Can I bring in my own drinks?
You are welcome to provide drinks for your guests. You may also provide juice boxes for the children. Individually packaged beverages are required and we highly recommend an ice chest or cooler. For your safety and enjoyment, food and beverages are not permitted on the gym floor. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you are bringing a cake or cupcakes, please bring candles. For your convenience, we have lighters on hand. We don't supply them but you are welcome to bring in helium balloons as well.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
We require at least a 10-day advance notice if you need to cancel your party. Remember that your deposit is time slot-specific and non-refundable (sorry no exceptions).
Can my child do Spaceflight?
Yes, The birthday child gets to ride twice. All party guests who completed a waiver and are under the age of 10 may ride spaceflight. (sorry grown-up) No child is allowed to ride without the My Gym teacher's supervision and assistance.
