When can I book a free guest class?

Free trial classes can be booked on our website with at least 12 hours notice. 

What is ‘Practice and Play’?

Practice and Play are our unstructured free play sessions. Currently enrolled members may attend for free, otherwise you can pay $10 to attend.

What do you recommend for children between age groups?

We recommend booking the age group of the younger class. If the class is too easy, we are more than happy to offer you another trial!

What happens if I cannot attend my weekly class?
From the date of your absence you have 4 weeks to book a make-up class. If your child is sick we will reduce your payment accordingly. You can freeze your account 2 - 8 weeks.

What’s your siblings discount?
Siblings of an enrolled member save 20% off their tuition.

Is there a lock-in period?
The best part about our new pricing scheme is that you can cancel your classes whenever you want. If you cancel you will just need to complete one last payment and then you are done!

How do I sign up?
You need a my gym admin to help you sign up for our classes. Come talk to us when you come in for your free trial!

What’s your referral bonus?
When you refer your friends/family to us and they enroll, you both will save $30 on the next scheduled payment.
