Independent Classes (45 mins to 1-hour):

• Preschool Gymnastics (3.5-6 yrs)
• Ninja Jr (3.5-6 yrs)
• Beginning & Level 1 Gymnastics (5-11 yrs)
• Ninja Training (5-11 yrs)
• Little Tigers(Tae Kwon Do) (4.5-7.5yrs)
• Tae Kwon Do (7.5-adult)

How to schedule your 1-week unlimited guest experience- advanced sign-up is required:

1. Go to our class schedule page
2. Enter your child's DOB at the top to find age-appropriate class times
3. Select a class day and time (classes for kids 4mos-11yrs) 
4. Select 'Schedule a Trial'
5. Proceed to online booking and payment screen. Once your trial has been scheduled, you'll receive an email confirmation.
6. REMINDER: Please be sure to claim your online account and sign the online safety waiver located under the 'Profile' section of your online account. 
7. You can schedule additional classes and drop-in practice & plays during your 1 week guest experience thru your online account!
