New Classes this Fall

New Sports Class for children 3.5-5.5 years old

Thursday - 12:30-1:30pm or Friday 2:40-3:40pm

Class Description - Relays, games and beginning sports skills lead to increased strength, enhanced manipulative ability, and improved hand-eye coordination during this program. Confidence soars as our My Gym Kids develop skills such as passing, catching, hitting, kicking, jumping, throwing, etc. while learning to play baseball, football, soccer, basketball, hockey, tennis, and more. The three-four week curriculum for each sport includes exercise and fitness training, basic rules and definitions, court or field layout, skill drills and analyses of concepts specific to that particular sport. The kids are elated as they develop physically, become comfortable with the basics of each sport, and gain the skills that prepare them to participate in any organized sport they choose.

Ninja Training for children 5.5-8 years old

Thursday 6:00-7:00pm

My Gym Ninja Training classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Kids are challenged mentally and physically, while developing a mindset of overcoming adversity, both inside and outside of the gym! You'll see your child’s strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. High energy games and team-building activities teach cooperation, patience, and problem solving.  Most importantly, our curriculum is designed to ensure all children succeed!
